SAVC, OmniWise and Prodyx Announced Joint Venture [2009-10]
Operating from offices in Taiwan, Wuxi, New York, San Francisco and the China Research Park at the University of Maryland, TocaTek is an international joint venture established to develop and market applications of internet-of-things (IOT) in China and other Asian markets. OmniWise will contribute its expertise in GPS, RFID and other GIS technologies while Prodyx will contribute its expertise in “large data” collection, compression and mining. SAVC will provide financial, marketing and business development support for the organization.
